In this episode we sit down with Darryl McNally the Director of Irish Whiskey and Geoff Speiran Global Whiskey Ambassador to talk all things about their company’s new distillery venture in the heart of the Liberties as well as the exciting year that they’ve had launching the Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey.

Listen in as Darryl tells us all about the future plans for the existing brands within their Distillery’s portfolio, how he is going to once again make ‘traditional’ blended whiskey in Dublin’s Liberties as well as the interesting innovative projects that he is possibly planning with crystal malt.
The Distillery should be open to the public by December 21st 2018, with a fully functioning cocktail bar that can be accessed by anybody, regardless of tour participation.
This seems like an incredibly cool project to be launching in the heart of Dublin City. I for one, am very excited to see this project once it is completed.
